North Oak Square
Many retail centers suffer from a bit of “age discrimination” in attempting to attract customers. To overcome this, the owners of a site in a high-traffic area wanted a fresh start. Pinnacle was called upon to provide Design Build services to resurrect the sight from blight to bright! The facelift and redesign has provided for more leaseable space on the previous footprint and attracted new and vibable tenants during a challenging time. The project was completed in March of 2009.
