Lanier Elementary School
By implementing elements of the Design-Build delivery method into a public bid project, the Lanier County Board of Education was able to add value to this new school, completed in August of 2009. The project came in below budget and with improved amenities through value found during the design phase. The project was completed within a scope of less than $10,000,000.
